Important: The Registered Dietitian Nutritionist is not in-network with Blue Cross Community, Medicaid, or HMO Plans.
Insured Patients
Most insurance plans cover Medical Nutrition Therapy, considered a preventive or medical service. Depending on the insurance, some patients will pay $0 out-of-pocket. If not, we will provide an out-of-pocket estimate before the appointment.
Self Pay Patients
Payment will be due at the beginning of each appointment using your credit/debit card on file.
- $180.00 Initial Consultation (1 hour)
- $75.00 Follow-up Consultation (30 min)
Out of Network
If we are not in-network with your insurance company, the total cost of the consult will be paid first. Then, we can provide a superbill (itemized receipt for healthcare services), and you might receive reimbursement for the nutrition services provided. We advised each patient to contact the insurance company to verify nutrition benefits.
